Just a quick note tonight.
First, I want to give a big shout out to a new place that opened up near me, Juicy Kitchen. My daughter and I had brunch there not long ago and this is exactly the kind of place that I would open, with similar food philosophy. It really is a tiny place so plan accordingly.

Also here is a quick, simple pasta recipe using kale here, but you could substitute with swiss chard, other hardy greens or maybe even spinach or arugula. If using spinach or arugula, just chop or tear roughly and add it at the very end after the pasta just to wilt.

P.S.- had to add a couple more interesting sweet treat recipes, none that calls for farm produce but should you come up with a way to do it, by all means please do share.
