First, I so apologize for the Salad 101 delay. I am nearly done and am going to try to upload an instructional video. I will get it up as soon as I can.
Two cool things this week in food:
1) This is one of those what I consider a perfect recipe, fast, easy, fairly nutritious, low ingredient count and high taste. The perfect dish when you come home late hungry and there is nothing to eat and all you have are eggs, kimchi in a jar and a squeeze bottle of sriracha hot sauce (things I usually have in the fridge).

2) Some very interesting recipes from the South, they look delicious.
